the location was excellent, being very near to the main station. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and for my onward travel. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Finally, the rooms were cozy and clean, with a comfortable queen-size bed. It was a great value for money.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

This hotel is a hidden gem near the Kaohsiung station. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable queen size beds and windows that offer a lovely view of the city. The price is incredibly affordable, making it a great value for money. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel serves a simple yet satisfying breakfast with toast included, perfect to start the day.
All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations for a 3-star establishment.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic as it is very close to the train station, making transportation very accessible. the staff were friendly and cute upon my arrival. The breakfast was delicious and featured a variety of authentic Taiwanese dishes. Lastly, the room wasnice and neat.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's just a short walk away from the main station and close to the airport. The breakfast selection offered Chinese cuisine but it was tasty. The best part was the friendly staff who were always ready to help, and they provided us with extra pillows at no cost.
The room lacked proper cleanliness, it looked clean but we suffered from bug bites overnight. The bathroom was not well maintained and still had hair from previous guests.

The hotel location was great, close to public transportation and tourist spots. the room was clean and had nice amenities like a functional bath tub. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to give extra pillows and cater to guests' needs.
The hotel was old and needed an upgrade. the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, which made staying there a less than pleasant experience.

Located within walking distance from the train station and MRT, it is easy to get around the city from this hotel. the hotel is also close to major shopping centers and night markets, offering plenty of entertainment options. the rooms are bright and spacious with large windows that provide natural light and excellent ventilation.
The hotel's cleanliness needs an upgrade.

The staff is friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient, with just a queen size bed, and the breakfast served includes a variety of options, from noodles to toasts.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.
